This article presents a process that can be used to develop standards-based lesson plans. This process can be used to develop inclusive lesson plans that address all learners and support teachers in identifying clear goals aligned with an academic standards. This plan can then be used to develop flexible methods, assessments, and materials that address the needs and preferences of varied learners.
