The principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) argue for considering the diversity of all learners when designing higher education courses. Doing so requires fewer accommodations be made at the request of individual students because inclusive design practices help all learners succeed.  A university professor reflects on the stories of students seeking accommodation.
