I am deeply committed to research and education supporting cultures of inclusion so that people who experience barriers or marginalization to full social and economic participation in society are enabled to recognize, showcase and enact strengths and create hope, optimism and flourishing. Founder and Managing Director of PersonaGrata Consulting, a practice that researches, develops, delivers and evaluates positive psychoeducational programs and coaching. I completed a Master of Education in Adult Education with research focused on coaching barriered/marginalized populations. I am currently pursuing research in access and accessibility in coaching and coach training through the Doctor of Education in Distance Education program at Athabasca University. My credentials include Associate Certified Coach (ACC), coaching practice leadership and, Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP) and UDL Associate Level 1.
