Inclusion Officer with the Lismore Catholic Schools Office, Diocese of Lismore, NSW, Australia. Supporting 7 primary and high schools in the Richmond cluster with inclusive education practices and students with additional needs.
Support includes pre-enrolment, classroom observations, referral to other services such as visiting teacher of autism, class and learning support teacher meetings, student-based collaborative analysis of student learning conferences, programming and assessment task analysis for improvement, student-focussed transition support from primary to high schools providing professional learning in OLT courses and nationally consistent collection of data practices for school teams as well as developing professional understandings of UDL practices with colleagues and for specific schools.
