About:
This course is an introduction to collaborative teams - an essential component in moving forward the work of building a school community valuing equity. Collaborative teams provide a process that allows for the opportunity to work together for a common purpose. Thus, following a collaborative team framework, participants have equal opportunities for participants to engage and communicate their ideas. The purpose is determined by needs that are data-driven and measurable.
Objectives:
Participants will demonstrate an understanding of the power of collaborative teams, the questions teams address, and the phases of a team.
