The Inclusion Collaborative Department at the Santa Clara County Office of Education created the “Fast Track for Success” initiative to increase access to quality inclusive early learning and care programs for children up to five years of age with disabilities and other exceptional needs, including children with severe disabilities.  This project will provide resources and technical assistance for facilities, equipment and professional development activities for administrators, teachers, staff and families to increase the quality of available inclusive early learning and care programs in Monterey, San Benito, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, and Santa Clara counties.
